There was also a selection of cheese and a small mousse like dessert. The food was nice and plenty of it but not amazing. Ideally there needed another waiter as staff were very busy. The highlight was being lucky enough to go outside in the dark and see the northen lights. The snowcat ride up and down was unpleasant, 25 people crammed in like sardines and no view as the windows were frozen. Yllaskammi 718 is lovely day or…”
