“Was a standard city bus tour. The bus was clean, it arrived on time, the driver was friendly. Was not hop on hop off as they do not operate that in the winter which is fair. Been on many of these tours, would just be amazing if they could get the commentary to match the actual location. But got to see some sights further out of the city that would not have seen otherwise.”

I ran into a little difficulty at the ferry terminal in Helsinki because I presumed the ticket sent to me would allow me walk straight onto the ship. A little more guidance in advance would have helped. The driver in Helsinki was very friendly and helpful and the guide Yevgeni in Tallinn was a font of local knowledge. Overall it was an excellent day trip, but some more assistance and advice in advance might be beneficial.”

“Husky dogs well looked after and beautiful dogs. The pick up was a joke for told to be there 15mins before the trip. Stood with other family’s no transport came called to be told missed it and have to get a taxi. So that was poor. But the place was lovely and well worth doing.”

They gave warm suits and shoes to those who needed it, set up a nice warm fire with a warm drink and biscuit. Perfect night! Could not have asked for anything better.”
